Just what this rusty pilot needed
I'm an instrument rated private pilot, but hadn't piloted an aircraft in over 27 years. After studying Rod Machado's Private Pilot Handbook and How to Fly and Airplane Handbook, I passed an FAA Flight Review and Flying Club checkout in 1.5 hours of ground review and 1.3 hours of flying. Getting ready to start working on my Instrument Proficiency Check, and looking forward to using Rod's Instrument Pilot Handbook to get current on the regulations and procedures. As someone who knew most of the material once upon a time, I enjoy Rod's light-hearted approach as a refresher.
