At Pilot Mall, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. If you change your mind, we offer flexible options to ensure you get what you need for the cockpit.

1. Return Options & Shipping

You have 30 days from your purchase date to initiate a return.

  • Exchanges & Store Credit: FREE return shipping within the Continental US. (Excluding Flight Sim hardware, Luggage, and Oversized items).
  • Refunds to Original Payment: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

2. How to Start Your Return

To ensure your refund is processed quickly, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  1. Request an RMA: Contact Us within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Ship Promptly: Your return must be postmarked within 7 business days of receiving your RMA.
  3. Condition: Items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging, UPC codes, manuals, and all accessories included.

3. Category-Specific Exceptions

Certain items have unique return requirements due to their nature:

Category Return Policy
Charts & Dated Material FAA charts are non-returnable due to time-sensitivity.
Custom & Made-to-Order Custom plaques, signs, and cockpit posters are non-returnable.
Flight Sim Hardware Non-defective opened hardware is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Liquidation Items Items marked "LIQUIDATION PRICING" are final sale.
Pilot Shirts Must be folded and tagged. $5.00 fee if not in original packaging. Worn/washed shirts are non-returnable.
Radio Control (RC) Non-returnable once the box is opened. Contact the manufacturer for warranty.
Software & Digital Must be unopened. Digital codes are non-returnable.

Important Notes

  • Promotional Items: If your order included a free promotional item, it must be returned with the merchandise to receive a full refund.
  • Damages & Shortages: Please inspect your order immediately. Claims for damage or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Packages sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
