How it works
Shop as usual
Membership is free and automatic: every online order earns, on PilotMall.com or in the Shop app, whether you check out as a guest or signed in. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to track, and each order earns 2% on eligible gear.
Your dividend lands every quarter
Four times a year we add up what you earned and, once it reaches $5, email it to you as a personal dividend code that is yours alone. Anything under $5 carries forward to the next quarter.
Spend it on what is next
Put your dividend toward eligible gear across the shop, any time within 12 months. The expiry date is in your dividend email and on this page when you sign in.
The fine print
Earning
Dividends add up at 2% of what you pay for eligible gear, after any discount and before tax and shipping, on every online order: placed on PilotMall.com, in the Shop app or through our Facebook and Instagram shops, whether you check out as a guest or signed in. Purchases made in person, orders placed by phone, automatic subscription renewals and orders placed on third-party marketplaces do not earn. The Captain's Club is effective October 4, 2026 and is not retroactive: orders placed before that date earn no dividend. Garmin and Lightspeed products do not earn a dividend, and neither do gift cards. Orders placed with a partner program discount code do not earn a Captain's Dividend. Dividends are confirmed once an order is past our 30 day return window, so returned items simply do not earn.
Spending
Dividends apply to eligible gear across the shop. They cannot be applied to Bose, Garmin, or Lightspeed products, because of those brands' pricing policies, or to gift cards. Each dividend is a single use discount code that covers one order, so spend it on an order with at least that much eligible gear: any amount left unused on that order does not carry over. It does not combine with any other discount, including the military discount.
Timing
Dividends are issued quarterly once your balance reaches $5, and anything under $5 carries forward to the next quarter. An order counts once its 30 day return window closes, so an order placed late in a quarter is paid in the next one. Each dividend is good for 12 months from the day it is issued. We email each code to the address you order with when it is issued, and the expiry date is in that email and on this page when you sign in.

How do I join?
There is nothing to join and no fee. Membership is free and automatic: every online order earns, on PilotMall.com or in the Shop app, whether you check out as a guest or signed in. Use the same email address each time you order, because that is how we match your orders to you and where we send your dividend code. To see your balance, sign in on this page with that email.
Do Facebook and Instagram shop orders earn?
Yes. When you buy from our Facebook or Instagram shop you check out with PilotMall, so the order earns like any other online order.
When does my dividend arrive?
Quarterly. At the start of each quarter we issue one dividend covering the orders whose 30 day return window has closed since the last one, as long as your balance has reached $5. We email the code to you when it is issued.
Where do I see my balance?
At the top of this page. Sign in with the email address you order with and you will see what you have earned so far this quarter, any dividend issued to you, and when it expires. An order shows up there once its 30 day return window has closed. The code itself comes to you by email when it is issued.
Does my dividend expire?
Yes. Each dividend is good for 12 months from the day it is issued. The expiry date is in the email that brings you the code, and on this page when you sign in.
Can I spend it on anything?
Almost. Your dividend applies to eligible gear across the shop. Bose, Garmin, and Lightspeed products are excluded because of those brands' pricing policies, and gift cards are excluded too.
Does the dividend combine with the military discount?
No. Your dividend code does not combine with any other discount, including the military discount, so use whichever saves you more on that order. Your dividend keeps its full value until it expires.
What happens if I return an item?
Dividends are confirmed after the 30 day return window closes, so a returned item never earns and nothing is taken back later.
