At PilotMall, we know you want your gear as soon as possible. Our shipping process is designed to be fast, clear, and reliable. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your order from our warehouse to your door.
Order Processing & Dispatch
A Note on Supplier-Direct Items: Some of our products ship directly from the supplier and have unique processing times, which will be noted on the product page (e.g., "Typically Ships Within 3-4 Business Days"). Information listed on a product page supersedes our standard policy below. Please be aware that shipping estimates provided at checkout begin after the supplier's stated processing time.
Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: 3:00 PM ET
Orders for in-stock items placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be dispatched from our Georgia warehouse the very same day.
Orders placed after the 3:00 PM ET cutoff, on a weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.
Please Note: During periods of high order volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you directly via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All available shipping options and their costs will be clearly calculated and displayed for you at checkout. You can select the delivery speed that best fits your timeline and budget.
Please remember that all delivery estimates are provided in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). This tracking link will become active as soon as the carrier scans your package, allowing you to monitor its journey to you.
International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware that PilotMall.com is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. All claims for damaged merchandise, shipping errors, or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us right away so we can make things right.
