Shipping was very fast. I selected standard shipping and these were a gift for a hs senior graduating and starting flight school. There was a possibility the arrival date would be one day after graduation and I was aware of this. Sent a note to pilotmall just to ask them to do what they could to get the order processed as best they could to try and ensure a delivery date before or on graduation day. Within 24 hours got a tracking number and items arrived with plenty of time to spare. Incredible customer service. And thanks to whoever at pilotmall that made this happen

B7 Flight Bag

It is great and holds everything I need. Headset to flashlight, kneeboard to mechanic gloves for preflight. It is the bag I have been looking for. Plenty of room and can be modified as needed.

I do wish it could of had some form of backpack straps that could be attached to it. Maybe that will come out later as an updated.

Customer service and price

First of all, Pilot Mall gave a military discount. That trumped all the other places selling the same item. Secondly, I got a real person to respond to my questions within minutes. Customer service is a lost art these days. I will gladly support a company that still values their customer. Yes you can buy this bag anywhere for about the same price, but they earned my business.
