Learn How We Keep You Secure

Roswell Air Races Richardson 173 Hood River Performance Trucker Hat brings the energy of the world's fastest motorsport to a cap built for hot days on the flight line.

This official National Championship Air Races cap comes from PilotMall, the official merchandise outlet of the races. The front carries the race logo in embroidery: a red and white checkered pylon with two racing aircraft tracing a looping flight path, set beside NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP AIR RACES over ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO.

Performance Fabric for Race Day Heat

Looking for a race cap that stays comfortable from the first heat to the final lap? Richardson builds the 173 as a performance version of its famous 112 trucker, with a stretch performance polyester front, a Sportmesh back for airflow and a Stay-Dri sweatband that wicks away moisture. The structured six-panel, mid-profile crown and precurved bill keep the classic trucker shape, and the R-Flex adjustable snapback dials in a one size fits most fit.

Two Colors, Each Stitched to Match

Moss Green/Vivid Orange pairs a moss green front and bill with a bright orange mesh back, and the lettering is stitched in a matching gold. Red Mahogany/Medium Grey/Insignia Blue sets silver grey lettering on a deep red front, with a grey mesh back and an Insignia Blue bill. Either one makes a ready gift for the pilot or race fan in your life.
