No, it is the other way around. This is the optional tall head pad that adapts the Zulu Series and PFX headsets for smaller sized heads. The added height carries the ear cups lower on your head, which is what a smaller head needs once the sliders have run out of travel.

Which Lightspeed headsets does it fit?

It fits the Lightspeed Delta Zulu, Zulu 4, Zulu 3, Zulu 2, the Original Zulu and the Zulu PFX. The Zulu 2, the Original Zulu and the PFX are legacy headsets, and the pad still fits them. Sierra and Tango headsets take a different head pad.

How do I know I need the tall head pad?
