Amazing headset!

I have this headset and an A30. As for the form factor, I feel like the One-X will fit a variety of head shapes and it is much less bulky compared to other options. The ear cups are good sized; not too big and not too small. It is extremely comfortable but I do feel like it has more clamping pressure than the A30. Build quality is fantastic and I love that it is made in the USA! David Clark is a staple in aviation and this headset is a great choice if you are looking for an ANR headset. I like it so much that I'm considering selling my A30 and picking up another One-X!

Worth it

I have gotten to use various headsets from my CFI as I have started flying and I have been extremely happy with my DC one-x. It was worth the extra money to go with ANR.

David Clark One-X Dual Plug Headset Review

The mono and stereo settings seem to be the same to me - really loud in the right ear and very soft in the left ear. I can not turn the right ear low enough and I cannot turn the left ear high enough. They fit great but I have to wear an ear plug in the right ear. Since purchase I have put over 15 hours on the headsets. I will continue to work with them but am disappointed in the volume aspect.

I have used: PFX, Tango, Bose;...This new Clark headset is Awesome!! The Return of the King. I fly 15 hours a week...4 weeks in I am just now considering putting in a fresh set of batteries. Two AA’s not four and not cell phone types. Good ole AA’s. I have a personal beater 172 I fly also..the radios are less than desirable...the DC makes it sound like a fancy radio. They are some green voodoo magic headsets. I bought Two of them!! Respects to my winged brothers! ..oh, super light too. Will fit you like a glove.
