I ordered the wrong item. After paying $40 for 2-day shipping, I initiated a return. Rather than give me a return label, they just gave me an RMA number in and email and told me to go ship it myself. I probably won't buy from this website again unless they update their exchange/return policy, and bought the correct flight bag from a website with an easier return/exchange process.

Exactly What I Was Looking For
