Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Outbound shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If exchanging for another item, or requesting store credit, return shipping is free within the continental US. Up to 1 free return shipping label will be provided per order. If returning for credit back to the original payment method, customers are responsible for return freight charges.
All returned items must be received in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Pilot Mall can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. All accessories/promotional items included with the product must be returned. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Before returning any merchandise customers must first contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 business days and all returns must be postmarked within 7 days of obtaining the RMA number.
Exclusion of Liquidation Pricing Items: Any item marked with "LIQUIDATION PRICING" in the name is being sold at a heavy discount and is non-returnable.
Exclusion of Software: Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened. Defective software may be returned for exchange of the same product only. Non-defective software that has been opened will not be accepted for return. Digital Codes are not returnable.
Exclusion of Charts and Dated Materials: Due to their time sensitive nature, FAA charts cannot be returned.
Exclusion for Flight Simulation Hardware: Non-defective Flight Simulator Hardware which have been opened are subject to a partial refund of no more than 75% of the sale price.
Exclusion for Shirts: Van Heusen shirts that are not returned in their original folded, packaged, tagged condition will be subject to a minimum $5.00 restocking fee. Shirts that have been washed or worn are not returnable.
Exclusion for Radio Control: Radio Control Airplanes are not returnable once the box is opened. Any warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
Exclusion for Cockpit Posters: Due to excessive abuse by those in training, cockpit posters are not returnable under any circumstances.
Exclusion for Custom Items: Any item that has been customzied or custom made (Plaques, Signs, Etc). is not returnable.
All claims for damage, errors, or shortages of the merchandise delivered must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise.
