Unfortunately because I am not familiar with whats needed I think the cushion might have needed to be 2 inches instead of 4 and now I cannot rest my heels and ride the brakes of the rudders. I assume I cannot exchange since a month has passed and I cannot use clip on extensions for rudder bc they are not permitted
for checkrides… so kind of lost at what to do.

This is not what I anticipated. I feel as though I was deceived. Even though it shares the same part number, it is referred to as a Vertical Rolling Tote rather than a Vertical Overnighter, as stated on your website and the Travelpro site. The handle should be open and easily accessible, safeguarded by the reinforced plastic area, however, this model has a zippered compartment that conceals the handle, which I find unappealing, similar to the horizontal overnighter.
For me it's the perfect size for a 3 day maybe even a 4 day trip, fits more then you would think! This bag definitely helped me pack all I wanted for work and stay organized.

the quality of the material is very good. In the summer you can wear it as is because the thin material won't make you sweat during long flights.
