Description
The B-47 Stratojet is such a classic example of Mid-Century, atomic-age design that it belongs in the same category as tailfin Cadillacs and the Seattle Space Needle.
The Stratojet was a long-range nuclear bomber capable of nailing targets deep inside the Soviet Union. Nonetheless, it's service was limited, as it was quickly replaced by the B-52. Still, it lives in the hearts of countless aviation buffs who appreciate its swept wings and clean lines.
While 23 survivors exist in museum collections, a B-47 hasn't flown since the 1980s. Help keep its memory alive with this beautiful mahogany model. It measures 17 inches wide and 17 inches long.
This exquisite Boeing B-47 Stratojet Mahogany Model is handcrafted by our master craftsmen from the finest Mahogany Wood. Attention is given to every detail, resulting in unsurpassed quality.
