Same-Day Shipping & Order Processing

Order by 3:00 PM ET for Same-Day Dispatch

Place your order by 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and we'll ensure it ships out from our Georgia warehouse the very same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, or on weekends/holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.

Understanding Shipping Times: Dispatch vs. Transit

  • Time to Ship (Dispatch Time): This is the time it takes us to process your order, pack it, and hand it over to the shipping carrier (like UPS or USPS). Our same-day shipping promise refers to this part of the process.

  • Time in Transit (Delivery Time): This begins after your order has been dispatched. It is the time the shipping carrier takes to deliver the package from our warehouse to your doorstep. This time varies depending on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location.

Free Shipping Offer (Orders Over $100)

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Please review the following conditions:

  • Minimum Purchase: Your merchandise total must be $100.00 or more.

  • Eligible Locations: This offer is limited to shipping addresses within the Contiguous United States. (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Protectorates).

  • Item Exclusions: Due to special handling requirements, Oversized Items and Hazardous Materials do not qualify for free shipping.

Discount & Coupon Code Policy

To keep our pricing fair, some products and brands are excluded from promotional discounts and coupon codes.

General Rules:

  • Discounts apply to everyday prices and cannot be used on sale or clearance items.

  • Offers are not combinable; only one discount code can be used per order.
