Comments: Bought this just before Thanksgiving (Thaks PilotMall!) Got stuck behind some wx and the way home. This was a great SA tool w/ ATC re routes. It was quicker to plug changes in the 510 than the G430. This is a great buy and a must have for VFR and IFR flight. One of the best investments for me!!

disappointed after garmin 496

Comments: Screen fades in bright sunlight, battery life not nearly as good as the Garmin 495/496 series. Touch screen is great! If Garmin improved the screen brightness and battery life, would be a five star no question!!
