This case is very well-made. It seems to be sturdily constructed and well designed. It has a useful handle for carrying the tank in a horizontal position. Well-padded, with a small outside pocket that might be useful for carrying your oximeter. Delighted with the case BUT the instructions that supposedly explain how to hang this case over a seat are worse than useless. There is a piece of black webbing that contains a variety of buckles and straps, that somehow form a harness that allows you to hang this tank vertically from a seat back. Let me tell you, this rigging would baffle Admiral Farragut! It took nearly half an hour to figure this mess out, and it could have been a no-brainer if Aerox had just included a line drawing or a photograph of what you are aiming for. It is for this reason alone that I have downgraded this product, but the frustration value is so high at the moment, I'm not thinking charitable thoughts about Aerox and their products. If they would improve this one thing, I'd have given it a 5-star rating.
