Who Should Apply?
PilotMall.com Dealerships are offered to Flight Schools and FBO's regardless of size. To qualify for an account we require a simple application.

Once a reseller account is established you will be given a unique login name and password for our web site which will quote pricing and accept orders.

PilotMall.com only sells to companies that have physical locations. We do not currently accept drop ship orders.

What Can You Buy?
You can purchase anything in our catalog. We are distributors for ASA, FAA, Gleim and numerous leading brands.

What Can't You Buy?
We are not setup to resell Garmin, Bose, LightSPEED and most electronic brands found on our site. If you attempt to purchase an item that we don't distribute the web site will quote you normal PilotMall.com pricing.

How Do You Pay?
All resellers must prepay their orders with a major credit card at the time an order is placed.

Return Policy
Reseller returns are accepted for up to 60 days after purchase. Items must be in new resalable condition to qualify for return. Software and DVDs will not be accepted for return if the packaging has been opened. FAA Charts are not returnable. All sales of FAA Charts are final.

Charting Policy
Please plan accordingly & maintain awareness of chart expiration dates. Due to the time sensitive nature of FAA charts, we do not accept returns of these items.
