OK
I purchased this bag a year ago primarily for the front section that opens and lies flat on the passenger seat giving easy access to everythng I might need while flying. That works well. The bag has plenty of small pockets and places to put things. I find the main compartment is a little small for headset, some books, sunglasses etc.
Unfortunately the fabric tag attaching the double zipper at the top has come loose so I will need to replace under warranty. I would not say I am a particularly rough user so surprised this happened.
