Limited Edition Aviation Art by Sam Lyons More Info »

Sam Lyon's love of aviation since childhood led him down the road to his present career as a world-renowned aviation artist. His paintings can be found at military bases, museums, aviation gift shops, and in pilots' art collections throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. Through his membership in the Air Force Art Program, Sam's painting "Lead Solo" graces the Air Force Art Hall in the Pentagon.

"Polished Perfection" features a gorgeous Luscombe that won the Grand Champion Classic trophy at the 2004 Sun' n Fun EAA Fly-In. Sam saw it there and thought it would make a perfect subject for a painting. As you can see, Sam captures the gleaming surface of the aluminum aircraft in all its beauty. This print is produced on acid-free, neutral-pH paper with permanent inks and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The 15" x 20" prints are available in a Limited Edition size of 200 Signed and Numbered, 20 Artist Proofs, and 25 Prints on Canvas.
