Sam Lyon's love of aviation since childhood led him down the road to his present career as a world-renowned aviation artist. His paintings can be found at military bases, museums, aviation gift shops, and in pilots' art collections throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. Through his membership in the Air Force Art Program, Sam's painting "Lead Solo" graces the Air Force Art Hall in the Pentagon.

"Mohawk Moon" features a powerful Mohawk OV-1 as it stands out against the night sky while caring out its mission over enemy territory. The full moon looks like it's close enough for the crew to touch. And what's that in the starry sky? Look closely and you might discover a new constellation. This print is produced on acid-free, neutral-pH paper with permanent inks and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The 17.5" x 23.5" prints are available in a Limited Edition size of 100 Signed & Numbered.
