Jiffy Seat! It's the sturdy lightweight airshow seat that doubles as a walking cane. They've been an airshow fixture since being introduced at AirVenture in 1970.

Unlike extruded foreign imports, the Jiffy Seat is manufactured and assembled in Florida from heavy-duty aircraft aluminum. It's the only chair if its kind made in the USA.

The seating area is crafted from tough, wear-resistant reinforced DuPont Cordura.

Forgoing flimsy rivets, the high-strength hardware of the Jiffy Seat provides safe, sturdy seating up to 300 lbs. with the stability of a four-legged design. When you're on the move, the Jiffy Seat folds into a lightweight but sturdy walking cane, weighing just 1.5 pounds.

For additional convenience, add an optional shoulder strap.

Dimensions:

34 1/4' when folded into a cane.

19' when folded out as a chair.

12' x 12' seat.

Available in assorted colors.

I have two seats purchased 1984 and two purchased about 2005. Really good to use as a cane in addition to a seat. Customer service from the manufacturer is great! I needed new rubber feet for the legs (after years of hard use and the owner promptly sent them to me at no charge). Totally satisfied.

Great Cane/Chair

I've been using it for about a month and love it on those long walks. It would be nice if the handle length was adjustable as it is just a tad bit short. Other than that, for what it does it serves me very well.
