Sam Lyon's love of aviation since childhood led him down the road to his present career as a world-renowned aviation artist. His paintings can be found at military bases, museums, aviation gift shops, and in pilots' art collections throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. Through his membership in the Air Force Art Program, Sam's painting "Lead Solo" graces the Air Force Art Hall in the Pentagon.

"Golden Times" features a highly detailed Piper J-3 Cub as it stops at an old time FBO to gas up. A red Stinson 108 circles abouve in the beautiful blue sky. This print is produced on acid-free, neutral-pH paper with permanent inks and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
