This Kept Me Warm!
I was assigned to the 91st. Air Refueling Squadron out of Columbus, Ohio. We were on a 120 day temporary duty in Greenland back in 1958. October to February. This Parka was special issue for all. I saw as low as -65 degree temperatures during the period and remained warm throughout the work period day or night it didn't make any difference because it was dark full time after the end of October. We also had pants to match. Mukluks for the feet.
