Limited Edition Aviation Art by Sam Lyons More Info »

Sam Lyon's love of aviation since childhood led him down the road to his present career as a world-renowned aviation artist. His paintings can be found at military bases, museums, aviation gift shops, and in pilots' art collections throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. Through his membership in the Air Force Art Program, Sam's painting "Lead Solo" graces the Air Force Art Hall in the Pentagon.

"Airshow" is the portrait of a "Super" Stearman in red, white and blue glory as it arrives for all the fun and festivities of a summer airshow. If you look closely, you can even spot Bob Hoover's yellow Mustang in the painting. This print is produced on acid-free, neutral-pH paper with permanent inks and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The 17" x 26" prints are available in Limited Edition sizes of 600 Signed and Numbered. The Artist Proofs are sold out.
