This is the perfect compact light for pilots! The Skylite LED flashlight illuminates in two selectable colors: white or red! Use the white light for general lighting, night preflights, or finding your way around a dark airport ramp. Use the red light for cockpit lighting that preserves your night vision.

The Skylite's compact, rugged ABS plastic case fits in the palm of your hand. It's a mere 4.5 inches long, 1.3 inches high and 1 inch wide. Illumination is provided by ultra-bright LEDs with a life expectancy of over 100,000 hours. A thumbwheel brightness control allows you to dial up just the right amount of light and conserve your battery.

Low power consumption of LEDs yields much longer battery life than conventional bulbs. Using a single, Alkaline 9 volt battery, the Skylite will illuminate an average of 320 hours on its lowest setting and over 12 hours at its brightest setting. Lithium batteries can be used for even greater battery life. Unlike traditional flashlights, special brightness regulation circuitry produces smooth even illumination and prevents fadeout as batteries age.

The Skylite comes ready to fly and includes 9 volt alkaline battery and a 20 inch lanyard!
