The new Zipka Plus improves on the already brilliant design of the Zipka LED head light. The new Plus model offers three brightness levels, a flashing mode, more rugged switch design, four brighter, more efficient LEDs, and a rainproof housing (in addition to all the great features of the original Zipka).

Using the latest battery-stretching LED technology, the Zipka Plus shines brilliantly in the hands-free lighting market. We've seen other hands-free lights that make you feel like you're wearing a helmet or worse!

One of the things that really made us pay attention to the Zipka Plus is it's snazzy self-contained retractable headband. Its soft metal cord effortlessly fits to any head. Unique mechanics allow the band to stretch to any size while maintaining the same comfortable level of tension. When not in use, the band retracts automatically into a small spool.

Another great feature of the Zipka is its diminutive size (and big-flashlight power). There are four super-bright LEDs are powered by three AAA batteries (included) in a package barely bigger than a walnut. A no-slip foam pad rests against your forehead for added comfort and stability. A well-thought-out switch makes it easy to turn the unit on and off, and even select brightness levels while wearing it. When not being worn, the sleek case helps it to carry well in a pocket.

The four LEDs power a broad beam of light for about 20 feet ahead. The LEDs are angled down to cast the light where you need it most. After several minutes it would be hard to tell you're were even wearing it if it wasn't for the abundant illumination wherever you looked.
