Please follow these steps to take advantage of the Buy Back Program
1. Call or Email to notify us that you'd like us to Buy Back your used headset.
2. Our customer service team will setup a RMA number for you to ship us your used headset.
3. After your headset is received in our warehouse and passes our inspection we will credit your account for the appropriate Buy Back Value.
4. After credit is placed into your account, you may purchase one of the qualified products and use your account credit towards this purchase.
